The long course begins at 6:00 AM. It is an out and back course with the event starting and ending at the Public Beach on West Bay Road. The course goes along West Bay Road, through George Town and along South Church Street paralleling the coastline. Caribbean Paradise on South Sound Road is the turn around point. Participants are encouraged to start at the official start time as aid stations will not be in operation before this time. The course will officially close at 9:30 am and aid stations will close at this time.
The Short Course
The short course begins at 7:00 AM. It is an out and back course with the event starting and ending at the Public Beach on West Bay Road.
